Who better to hear from, and relate to, than someone going through their own journey towards a healthier lifestyle? I would like to introduce Karen Williams.
Karen is a guest here at The Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu, CA. She first visited us on July 31st of this year for eight weeks, to later return on October 2nd to continue her journey. Karen, has extended her to stay until February 12th of next year. She has completely removed herself from her 'real' life to dedicate her time to getting healthy and taking care of herself. Karen decided to create a blog to document her journey for her friends and family, but most importantly for her to always have a keepsake of her struggles and successes along the way.
