Erica Adams came to Fitness Ridge in July, but she isn't going back. No no, she doesn't live at the resort, but she lives close! Erica came to the resort for 8 weeks with every intention of going home when she finished. But her life changed drastically in the 8 weeks that she was here and she fell in love with the spirit and energy of St. George, Utah. She never boarded the plane to return to Michigan. Instead, she stayed put, found a place to live and found a wonderful job working at the front desk at FITNESS RIDGE! Here's a little more of this awesome girl's story.
Erica makes me smile every time I see her. She has become a great friend and a GREAT motivator for me during our Wednesday "mountain" cardio class, and touches the lives of all she meets. I have seen her transform and she shines now more than ever because of the love that she has found for herself. Oh, and she is hilarious!! You'll get to meet her when you check in at the Utah resort. =)

Erica - you are such an inspiration - I was at FR with my daughter Krystyna and met you there....what I remember is a beautiful spirit and wicked sense of humour - that's obviously still intact:) I also wanted to just reach through my laptop and give you a big hug - you expressed so well what we all feel about FR..Take care and hope to see you again...R

I was there for the month of July and I remember meeting you, (don't know if you remember me!)and I remember how you jumped in and wanted to know everything.
