"Every once in a while, I decide to go out for an extra long visit to the grocery store where I do some 'work research' finding interesting and tasty new food products. Last Friday was one of those days and here are the items I was pleasantly surprised by! Please share if you have found any fabulous food finds lately, and if you need some more here are the products I found last time in this older post on new snack finds.
Rhythm Superfoods Kale Chips: These nutrient-rich kale chips are also a whole lot of volume and crunch for only 200 calories if you consume the entire bag! These chips are a great option when you are craving a crunch and savory snack. Each serving is only 100 calories, 190 mg of sodium, 2 grams of fiber and a whopping 6 grams of protein - not to mention full of Vitamins A and C. Keep a bag of these at the office as an emergency snack, and make your own kale chips when at home!

Artisana Raw Cashew Butter: The only ingredient you will find in these portion controlled bags of nut butter is cashews. This brand has all sorts of nut options available to provide a easy and travel friendly protein solution.

Chocolate Chai Herbal Red Tea: This flavor comes from the Zhena's Gypsy Tea brand and comes in a super cute container plus tastes DELICIOUS. An awesome solution for late night sweet tooth cravings!

Funky Monkey Bananamon: Looking for a crunchy yet sweet treat at the office? For a whole bag of Bananamon Fruit that crunches there is only 110 calories, 3 grams of fiber and a good source of Potassium. The only ingredients in the product are bananas and cinnamon - an interesting combination!

Blue Sky Soda and Zevia Soda: Both of these sodas are sweetened by the stevia extract, coming in at zero calories and a great carbonated and sweet essence.

Teeccino Herbal Coffee Vanilla Nut Flavor: Miss the taste of coffee but want to stay caffeine free? Look no further! As a past coffee addict, I am not easy to please in the herbal substitutions department, but teeccino was delicious and tastes almost like the real deal!

Allegro Wellness Tea: Allegro's Happy Tummy caffeine free herbal tea has a blend of awesome herbs including ginger, mint, cinnamon and dandelion - which can sometimes help soothe an upset stomach. Sit back, sip and enjoy.

Thanks Jessica! Okay everyone, I dare you to try one of these snacks when you start to crave something before going to old bad habits. You will be grateful you did! I actually have grown to love tea as a go-to. I feel like its warmth makes me feel full and satisfied. Try different things to see what you like, but find a healthy option so you are prepared for those Saturday (or any day of the week) cravings.
XOXO
SARAH
